The COVID-19 health crisis forced talent teams around the world to pack months, and sometimes years of digital transformation plans into a few weeks. Recruiting leaders who were planning on carefully exploring remote hiring processes and digital candidate experiences before fully adopting them, have had to move their entire operations online practically overnight.

The travel industry especially has had to be extremely nimble to adapt to both the lockdown conditions and the economic drop in activity. Kiwi.com, one of the biggest online air ticket sellers in Europe, had to quickly adapt its talent acquisition strategy to the new market conditions. In this webinar, we’ve invited Pavlína Schuster, Employer Branding Analyst at Kiwi.com, to describe how she worked with her team to navigate that shift.

In this webinar, we will cover:

  • Why Kiwi.com started exploring remote recruiting processes before the pandemic started
  • How the company’s recruiting team adapted to the both healthcare and economic crisis
  • The long-term effects that a shift to digital will have on the company’s attractiveness to top talent
