Pavlina is a recruitment analyst at Kiwi.com, where she is a part of the newly created RecOps team (Recruitment Operations). She is in charge of the data project "candidates journey" that aims to map the whole candidate journey from a prospect to a hire. She is also responsible for creating a Glassdoor strategy to help Kiwi.com build a strong employer brand. Her main goal is to identify recruitment drawbacks and find an efficient solution and ways to attract the right talent at any given time and circumstances.
